About the Position
The Administration Officer plays a pivotal role as the welcoming face and organisation of BIA. You will create a warm, professional, and memorable first impression for everyone who walks through our doors – clients, team members, and external partners alike – ensuring they feel supported and confidently guided to the right place.
In this fast-paced and people-focused role, you’ll be the central point of contact. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and delivering high quality administrative support that keeps our operations running smoothly. From handling day to day office
tasks to ensuring seamless communication across teams, you’ll be essential to creating an efficient, friendly, and well organised workplace.
About the Person We Seek
Being a key point of contact for all visitors, you will bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, enabling you to prioritise tasks and work efficiently. You’ll also enjoy being part of a close-knit, friendly team and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
As the successful applicant, you will have prior experience in customer service with strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office suits. You will also have a current C Class manual driver licence with an ability to obtain Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) checks and comply with BIA Drug and Alcohol Management Plan (DAMP).
