Broker to join our team and capitalise on a captive customer base and a continuously growing inbound lead pipeline.
This is not a cold-start role. From day one you will benefit from warm referral pipelines, an inherited captive customer base, and direct mentorship from one of Australia’s most experienced and respected mortgage brokers — someone who has written billions in loan settlements and built a reputation doing things right. In addition to the base salary, this role also offers a clear commission structure. The $100,000+ on-target commission is tied directly to loan settlements and trail commission growth. Structure details will be shared with shortlisted candidates. There is no cap on commission for those who perform above plan — the more you write, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Loan Origination:

Loan Origination – Manage the full mortgage application lifecycle from initial client enquiry through to settlement, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience at every touchpoint

Lead Conversion – Work a warm and continuous inbound lead pipeline generated through the firm’s referral network, digital channels, and existing client base. You will not be starting from scratch.

Loan Book Management – Inherit and actively manage a portion of the firm’s existing loan book, conducting regular client reviews, identifying refinancing opportunities, and protecting trail revenue

Needs Analysis – Conduct thorough financial needs analyses, present tailored lending solutions across a broad lender panel, and guide clients through complex borrowing scenarios with clarity and confidence.

Settlement & Compliance – Ensure all applications are lodged accurately, compliantly, and efficiently through the aggregator platform, meeting all NCCP and responsible lending obligations.
Business Development & Growth:

Referral Relationships – Nurture and expand relationships with existing referral partners — including real estate agents, accountants, financial planners, and conveyancers — to grow your personal pipeline over time.

Brand Representation – Represent Brokerage & Co with professionalism and integrity in the Adelaide market, contributing to the firm’s growing reputation as the broker of choice.

Performance Reporting – Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular pipeline and settlement reporting to the Principal to ensure full visibility
of your book and performance.
