As we scale, marketing sits at the heart of how we grow — and this is a newly created, high-impact role for a commercially-minded marketer who knows how to generate demand, build a brand, and turn activity into pipeline.

The Marketing Manager will own the full marketing function at Brokerage & Co: from digital lead generation and campaign management, to brand positioning and the content and copy that supports our brokers in the market. You will manage a dedicated Content Creator and be responsible for the quality, consistency, and commercial impact of everything that carries the Brokerage & Co name. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Operations, you will have the autonomy to build, test, and scale — with the full backing of a firm that understands the value of great marketing and is ready to invest in it.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing:

  • Paid Campaigns – Plan, execute, and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and relevant platforms to generate a consistent, high quality inbound lead flow for the brokerage team.
  • SEO & Organic – Own the firm’s organic search presence — developing content strategy, improving rankings on high-intent mortgage keywords, and turning the website into a lead-generating asset
  • Lead Funnel Management – Build and maintain lead capture, nurture, and tracking workflows — ensuring every inbound enquiry is attributed, followed up, and reported on with full visibility across the pipeline.
  • CRM & Automation – Leverage and manage marketing automation and CRM integrations to ensure seamless handoff from marketing to the broker team, and to enable targeted re-engagement of the existing client base.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Track, measure, and report on all marketing activity — providing the Executive Director of Operations with clear, regular insights into campaign performance, lead quality, and cost per acquisition.

Brand Building & Market Presence:

  • Brand Strategy – Define and execute the Brokerage & Co brand strategy — ensuring consistent positioning, tone, and visual identity across all channels, touchpoints, and client communications.
  • Social Media – Manage the firm’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook — developing a content calendar that builds credibility, grows following, and drives inbound enquiry.
  • Community & Event – Identify and activate community sponsorships, local events, and industry engagements that grow the Brokerage & Co brand in the Adelaide market and reinforce our position as the firm of choice.
  • Reputation Management – Manage the firm’s online reputation including Google reviews, third-party platforms, and public-facing content — proactively building social proof and responding to client feedback appropriately.

Content & Broker Support:

  • Content Leadership – Direct and manage a dedicated Content Creator, providing clear briefs, strategic direction, and editorial oversight to ensure all content output is on-brand, high-quality, and aligned to campaign goals.
  • Broker Collateral – Create and maintain the suite of sales and client-facing collateral used by the broker team — including pitch documents, proposals, fact sheets, and client communications — ensuring everything is on-brand and compelling.
  • Email & Campaigns – Design and execute targeted email campaigns to existing clients and warm prospects — including rate update communications, market commentary, and referral activation sequences.
  • Website Management – Own and continuously improve the Brokerage & Co website — managing content updates, landing page optimisation, conversion rate improvements, and UX enhancements that turn visitors into enquiries.
