How you can play a part

Reporting to the Content Operations Manager, the purpose of the Video Lead is to produce engaging and industry-leading video work to tell the story of our brand, partners and community through:

  • Create engaging, high quality video work.
  • Support media events and activations with high-quality video production.
  • Produce sponsor-aligned content in partnership with the Commercial team.
  • Capture video content for our community programs.
  • Contribute to content planning and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Travel with the team to capture authentic, on-the-ground content.
  • Build strong relationships to uncover content opportunities that elevate the brand.
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital and comms to produce high quality content that drive revenue.

To be considered

To be considered for this opportunity you will have

  • 3-5 years’ experience shooting and editing industry-leading video and cinema work
  • Experience working with high-profile/professional athletes
  • Demonstrated success in planning and delivering content and coverage to a defined brief and timeline.
  • Proven experience utlising videography, editing and music to build the relationship of a brand with its audience.
  • Demonstrated success filming on set and on location to deliver compelling campaigns that increase awareness and engagement with a brand.
  • Proven experience delivering outcomes in a high-pressure environment requiring a quick turnaround.
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines autonomously while ensuring accuracy of output.
  • Proven experience operating in a team environment to produce results.
  • Proven experience in reflecting a brands value in a dynamic and modern business environment.

Note: All applicants must hold a current Drivers License, Blue Card and/or WWCC to be considered.
