Fully funded regional travel every 4–6 weeks! Step out of the office, experience beautiful new locations, and deliver vital services to communities with limited access.

Dog-loving office: Comfort around dogs is essential as our three well-trained dogs are part of our team. They’ll happily enjoy a belly rub if you’re up for it, but have the sassiness to walk away if not welcomed.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience as NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner, including developing Positive behavioural support plans for diverse range of participants.
- Attained Proficient level on the NDIS practice standards and PBS capability frameworks.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Therapy, Counselling, Social Work, Developmental Education, Education, or related fields.
- Strong communication, writing, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- Membership with AASW, APHRA, BDPSA, or equivalent.
- Have a current and unrestricted Driver’s licence with the ability to travel regionally every 4–6 weeks (all expenses for regional travel paid by Brightt).
- National Police Check, NDIS check, and eligibility to work in Australia (WWCC may be required if attending a school).
- Comfort working in a dog-friendly office environment.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working with complex behaviours of concern across varied disability presentations.
- Familiarity with behaviour support compliance requirements under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
