The Lane Group is part of a successful privately owned multi-franchise dealership group and is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Automotive experience isn’t essential — if you’ve succeeded in retail, hospitality, property, finance, technology or another customer-facing sales role and are ready to build a long-term career in a rewarding industry, we’d love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will step straight into the selling season with real opportunities to achieve immediate results and strong earning potential.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
• Log, manage and track customer enquiries
• Handle phone enquiries and schedule appointments
• Follow a structured sales process from enquiry through to delivery
• Assist with general day-to-day dealership presentation and operations
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Key Qualifications & Essential Criteria

• Unrestricted WA Driver’s Licence
• Current WA Salesperson Licence or willing to obtain
• Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
• Highly self-motivated with a drive to succeed
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• A positive team-player attitude
