About the Role

As a Trade Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production operations running smoothly. You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople, gain practical skills, and contribute to delivering projects that matter.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Assist Production Team in daily work requirements ie plate prep & process, grinding, etc
• Surface Treatment Team ie industrial abrasive blasting, housekeeping
• Material Handler support
• Housekeeping & Yard clean up
• General duties and assistance as required

What We’re Looking For

We’re not focused on experience — we’re focused on attitude.

• Some welding experience highly desirable but not required
• Confidence with operating power hand tools
• Ability to work independently under instruction
• Flexible to meet daily work & team priorities
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Reliable & Fit for work
• Forklift, EWP, W@H desirable but not a requirement
