About the Role – You’ll be responsible for:
- Performing industrial spray painting and surface coating of high-quality steel components.
- Ensuring premium surface finish standards in line with client specifications.
- Supporting and mentoring team members to maintain high-quality outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial spray painting or surface coating.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safe work practices and maintaining a clean work area.
- Certificate III in Surface Preparation & Coating Application – highly regarded, but relevant experience will be considered.
- Forklift, EWP and Working at Heights tickets – desirable but training available.
