About the opportunity

Join Australia’s newest uranium producer! We’re looking for an experienced Investor Relations & Business Development Analyst to join our Finance & Commercial team at our head office in Perth.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you’ll be responsible for Boss Energy’s public market obligations and investor engagement while also supporting the evaluation and execution of growth opportunities through disciplined market intelligence & modelling.

Key responsibilities & activities include:

  • Produce high‑quality investor collateral including presentations, scripts, key messages, Q&A packs and fact sheets.
  • Draft, coordinate and finalise ASX announcements and supporting investor materials.
  • Develop and maintain presentation suites for institutional and retail conferences/roadshows, tailoring content for specific audiences.
  • Review sell‑side research and financial models, providing factual, disclosure‑safe feedback.
  • Prepare external presentations and communications for government, native title stakeholders and other key groups.
  • Co‑develop and maintain the Investor Relations strategy, roadmap and engagement calendar.
  • Lead multi‑channel communications across platforms such as X, LinkedIn and short‑form video.
  • Represent the company at selected investor events and forums.
  • Monitor uranium market trends and peer activity; analyse domestic and global growth opportunities.
  • Build and review valuation models (NAV/DCF, comps, precedents) and support transaction execution activities.
  • Provide commercial, financial and cross‑functional analysis to support decision‑making across the business.

What you’ll need:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Engineering or a related discipline; CA/CPA/CFA (or progress toward) highly regarded.
  • 3–6 years’ experience in corporate development, equity research, investment banking, transaction services, corporate finance, strategy/analytics or listed‑company investor relations.
  • Strong financial modelling capability, including NAV/DCF, comps, precedents, scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to produce investor‑grade disclosures and distil complex information into clear, concise messaging.
  • High attention to detail, particularly around numerical accuracy, proofing and reconciliation.
  • Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of value drivers, investor expectations and market dynamics—ideally with interest in the uranium or broader resources sector.
