The Role

As Operations Team Lead, you’ll lead our aged care assessment operations team, managing scheduling, client liaison, and administration while ensuring seamless service delivery. You’ll balance people leadership with hands-on involvement in a fast-paced, client-centred environment.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Lead scheduling and admin teams
  • Oversee assessor rostering and workforce coordination
  • Ensure exceptional client service and communication
  • Manage daily operational administration and data integrity
  • Drive continuous improvement across workflows
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Partner with assessors, trainers and stakeholders

About You

  • Operational leadership in fast-paced service delivery
  • Experience with scheduling, rostering or client operations
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and databases
  • Proactive problem solver with improvement mindset
  • Compassionate, calm and client-centred approach
  • Understanding of aged care assessment processes (desirable)
