We’re looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive office team. This role is perfect for a school leaver, recent graduate, or someone starting their career who wants a stable full-time role, hands-on training, and real opportunities to grow.
No construction or office experience is required — we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work alongside experienced team members who will train and support you every step of the way. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Helping schedule jobs and bookings from builders
- Assisting with ordering materials and sending purchase orders
- Communicating with our trades, supervisors, and office team
- Sending job completion notices and updating our systems
- Answering phone calls and emails from builders and suppliers
- Learning how our job management and scheduling systems work
Who This Role Is Perfect For
We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn, reliable, and positive — not someone who already knows everything.
You might be:
- A recent school leaver or TAFE/uni graduate
- Changing careers and looking for a fresh start
- Someone who enjoys being organised and helping a team
What We’re Looking For
- A good attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel — full training provided)
- Friendly communication and customer service skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Enjoys working as part of a team
