Pay Rate: $50 – $55 per hour (negotiable for the right candidate) + overtime

Concept Scaffold, part of the BMG Group, is looking for an experienced Leading Hand / Two-Plank/Guardrail Scaffolder to join our growing team.

About the Role 

This is a hands-on Leading Hand position suited to someone who can confidently run a small crew and deliver work safely and efficiently. 

You’ll take ownership of your jobs — not just follow instructions — and be part of improving how we operate. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding to safety and industry standards 

• Lead and supervise a small crew on-site 

• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently 

• Inspect equipment and maintain safety compliance 

• Work closely with other trades and site supervisors 

• Complete basic job and safety records 

• Maintain clean, organised, and safe work sites 

What We’re Looking For 

✔ Experienced Two-Plank/Guardrail Scaffolder 

✔ Ability to lead a crew and take ownership of jobs 

✔ Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused 

✔ Strong communication on-site 

✔ Someone who wants to contribute ideas and grow with the business 

Licences & Requirements 

• Basic Scaffolding Ticket (essential) 

• White Card (essential) 

• MR Truck Licence (essential) 

• Proven residential scaffolding experience
