Rental Technician – CHARLOTTE PASS SNOW RESORT – Winter 2026

Charlotte Pass Snow Resort is seeking reliable and customer-focused Rental Technicians to join our team for the 2026 winter season.

In this role, you’ll assist guests with ski and snowboard equipment, ensuring proper fitting, safe operation, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include preparing, maintaining, and repairing rental equipment, managing inventory, and providing advice and support to guests on equipment use. This role requires attention to detail, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced alpine environment.

Previous experience in a ski or snowboard rental environment is highly desirable but not essential.
