Job Summary
Charlotte Pass Snow Resort is seeking a dedicated and experienced In-House Masseuse to operate as the resort’s Spa at Stillwell. This live in / seasonal position is responsible for delivering professional therapeutic massage services to guests of the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage treatments, including remedial, sports, deep tissue, and relaxation massage.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the treatment room.
- Monitor supplies and coordinate restocking as required.
- Provide a welcoming, calm, and professional wellness environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Accredited massage therapy certification (required).
- Experience in remedial and sports massage (highly regarded).
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- First Aid certification (desirable).
- Previous experience working in hospitably (highly regarded).
NOTE: All Charlotte Pass Snow Resort employees are required to perform alternate functions from time to time, both within and outside of their assigned department, particularly during peak periods such as holiday weekends.
Customer Service Expectations
With some customer contact, must be helpful, friendly, courteous and professional in accordance with Charlotte Pass’ commitment to providing superior customer service.
Physical and Mental Demands
This is physical role and requires prolonged periods of standing.
Work Environment
Most work is performed indoors, but some occasional outdoor work, such as snow shoveling, may be required. Outdoor work is performed in all weather conditions, including extreme cold, snow, wind and rain, on varied snow surfaces.
