The positions are based at our Head Office/Factory in Moonah.
The Role
We currently have one permanent position and one casual position open.
Join our team as a Gumboot Production Operator and play a key role in manufacturing high-quality gumboots. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment, where your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will directly impact our production output. Both roles will be Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:50am – 4:20pm, with the option for morning and afternoon shift in the future.
The casual rate for the role is $34.74.
Duties
- Operate production machinery to manufacture gumboots according to specifications.
- Monitor and maintain production line efficiency and quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production operations preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
