The Role:
This is the engine room role behind our operations.
You’ll design and improve the systems that power our client experience. Your focus is process improvement, operational systems, and AI-driven automation that help our clinicians spend less time on admin and more time delivering great therapy.
You’ll oversee the operational workflow across the client journey and support the Operations Coordinator who manages day-to-day enquiries and onboarding.

You’ll:
Oversee operational systems across client onboarding, scheduling, and service delivery
Identify and implement AI and technology solutions to automate manual processes
Drive continuous process improvement across operations
Provide systems support and oversee internal ticketing requests
Design workflows that improve client, referrer, and clinician experience
Support new service or product launches operationally
Analyse operational data to identify insights and efficiency opportunities
Manage and mentor the Operations Coordinator role
Work closely with leadership to build scalable operational infrastructure
