About the Role
Australian Fundraising is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant (Fundraising Coach) to join our in-office team. This is a phone and email–based customer service role where you’ll support schools and community groups across Australia, guiding them through their fundraising journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will:
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Act as the main point of contact for schools and community groups
• Guide customers through each stage of their fundraising campaign
• Answer enquiries, provide advice, and resolve issues efficiently
• Monitor fundraising progress and offer proactive support
• Build long-term relationships through clear communication and follow-up
• Maintain accurate records and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
About You
You are someone who:
• Has strong phone and email communication skills
• Brings a customer-first mindset to every interaction
• Enjoys helping others succeed and reach their goals
• Is organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Is confident, professional, and positive
• Has previous experience in customer service, call centre, admin, or client support (highly regarded)
