The Opportunity
Black Cat Civil are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisors and Senior Supervision to join our Infrastructure Division working on Earthworks projects across the Northern Territory.
Flights, accommodation and food are provided by Black Cat Civil whilst working away on roster.
Key responsibilities include:
Our supervisors will be involved in a diverse range of works including:
- Plan and coordinate day to day works. Lead daily prestart.
- Ensure safe work methodologies for the work being undertaken each shift.
- Manage resources and equipment based on daily activities. Drive preventative maintenance practices involving plant and equipment.
- Ensure compliance to site policies and procedures.
- Lead Black Cat Civil culture, accountability and expectations.
- Complete comprehensive daily Supervisor reports.
Desired skills & experience:
This opportunity is ideal for any motivated Supervisors wanting to build a long-term career with growing civil contractor. The successful candidate MUST be willing to work in remote locations on various rosters as required.
- Minimum 4 years supervisory experience with reputable contractor.
- Demonstrated experience in Bulk Earthworks, Tailing Dams, Dozer/Grader/Moxy Circuits.
- Experience on Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong understanding Earthmoving Plant.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Competent computer skills, including use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
