The Opportunity

This is a Salesforce Administrator role designed for someone who loves solving problems, improving systems, and building automation that makes businesses run better. Located at our headquarters in the Helensvale.

You’ll work closely with our Digital Transformation Lead, supporting and enhancing our Salesforce platform across:

  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Field Service
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Xero integration
  • Appointment Assist & other automation

You’ll be hands-on with configuration, data quality, troubleshooting, documentation and small-to-medium enhancements that strengthen our platform and user experience.

What You’ll Do

Platform Administration & Enhancements

  • Maintain and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and Marketing Cloud
  • Build and optimise Flows, validation rules, permission sets and page layouts
  • Support UAT, test scripts and release management via Copado
  • Maintain platform stability and minimise technical debt

Data Management & Quality

  • Execute data uploads, deduplication, merges and governance activities
  • Monitor data flows across Xero, Appointment Assist and integrations
  • Identify and resolve data issues proactively

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Map processes and implement Salesforce best-practice improvements
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, integrations and releases
  • Support rollout of new features with training materials and guides

User Support & Enablement

  • Provide timely, helpful support to internal users across CX, scheduling, finance, sales and field
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement durable fixes
  • Deliver training and onboarding for new features and processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Field Service, CX, Scheduling, Finance and Sales
  • Participate in workshops to understand operational challenges
  • Contribute to digital transformation projects across the business

What You’ll Bring

Experience

  • 2–4 years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Strong capability in Flows, reporting, dashboards and declarative automation
  • Experience supporting field service or operational teams (highly beneficial)
  • Experience documenting systems and delivering training
  • Experience contributing to platform improvement or digital transformation initiatives

Knowledge

  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service
  • Marketing Cloud Growth (preferred)
  • Salesforce data model, security model and platform architecture
  • Process mapping and requirements gathering
  • APIs & AppExchange familiarity
