About the opportunity:
We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on HSEQ Advisor
to join our growing team. This role will work across a range of projects,
supporting both field and office-based teams to embed HSEQ into day-to-day
operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring risks are identified
and managed, supporting compliance with contractual and legislative
requirements, completing internal audits, implement environmental management
controls whilst driving strong safety, environmental, and quality outcomes
across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Embedding
HSEQ practices into daily operations across field and project teams
- Supporting
risk identification and implementing practical control measures
- Ensuring
understanding and compliance with contractual and legislative requirements
- Conducting
internal audits and supporting external/Internal audit readiness
- Implementing
environmental best practice across projects
- Supporting
incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
- Driving
continuous improvement across HSEQ systems and processes

IV in Work Health and Safety
- Relevant
experience in HSEQ or a similar role
- Experience
working in field-based or project environments
- Knowledge
of environmental management practices
- Practical
understanding of WHS legislation and risk management
- Strong
communication skills with the ability to engage field-based teams
- Promote
a proactive HSEQ Culture and continuous improvement
- Ability
to identify risks and implement practical solutions
- Organised
with strong attention to detail
- Confident
working independently and within project teams
