We’re on the hunt for an energetic, team-player, who loves to solve problems!

What You’ll Be Doing.

As a Service Desk Technician, you will be an integral part of our after-sales support service as the first point of call to liaise with clients and organise technicians and contractors to assist in providing technical support, resolving faults and meeting demanding service level agreements. You will work as part of the team to ensure the smooth monitoring of all BSV screen installations with a particular focus on quality control.

Here’s a taste of your day-to-day.

  • Monitoring BSV screen installations.
  • Providing technical support by troubleshooting system and network issues and resolving hardware and software faults for clients, colleagues and contractors.
  • Prioritising and executing unplanned work while allocating resources to resolve faults, complete onsite repairs.
  • Ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our customer base.
  • Ensure all required WHS documentation is completed before commencement of work.

Our Service Centre is open 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm every day of the year. Weekend and public holiday shifts are to be expected with this role.

Who You Are.

  • Tech‑savvy with a proactive, hands‑on approach
  • Strong communicator able to engage across platforms and translate technical information clearly
  • Enjoys problem‑solving and tackling challenges
  • Excellent time‑management skills

What You’ll Bring to the Team.

  • Previous experience with LED screens and LED control systems (Novastar, ConnectWise, Brightsign/Broadsign)
  • Strong analytical skills with previous experience in fault-finding
  • High attention to detail
