The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Timber Fabricator to join our prefabrication team at Bellevue.
We currently have two full-time opportunities available. This hands-on role involves manufacturing trusses, wall frames, floor systems and other prefabricated timber components to precise specifications.
This position suits someone who enjoys practical, physical work, operates machinery confidently, and takes pride in producing high-quality components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate trusses, wall frames and prefabricated timber elements to specification
- Use power tools, jigs, nail guns, saws and workshop equipment safely
- Read and interpret plans, drawings and cutting lists
- Maintain product quality and meet production targets
- Perform repetitive manual handling and follow all WHS procedures
- Work collaboratively with the Bellevue manufacturing team to meet daily output requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organised workspace
About You
- Experience in timber fabrication, frame/truss production, carpentry or factory work (highly regarded but not essential)
- Ability to read basic construction drawings
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
