The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team based in our Head Office in Mascot, NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build their career in a broad marketing role. Working closely with the Marketing & Brand Manager, you will help bring campaigns, content, brand initiatives and communications to life across Australia and New Zealand.

You will play an important role in supporting customer engagement, sales activity, internal communications, and brand consistency across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the delivery of marketing and brand activity across a wide range of channels and projects, including:

  • Coordinating marketing campaigns, timelines, approvals, and deliverables
  • Preparing content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and internal platforms
  • Maintaining marketing calendars, templates, and digital asset libraries
  • Supporting brand consistency across collateral, promotions, and communications
  • Updating website and digital platforms
  • Tracking campaign performance and preparing reports and dashboards
  • Assisting with quotes, purchase orders, and supplier coordination
  • Responding to internal marketing requests from branches, sales teams, and business leaders
  • Working with external agencies, designers, printers, and other vendors
  • Supporting broader brand, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You will bring:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or digital content role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Experience coordinating campaigns, content calendars, promotions, or digital content
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
  • The ability to manage competing deadlines and work across multiple teams
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools
  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital analytics, and campaign tracking

Experience in B2B, construction, manufacturing, or multi-site environments will be highly regarded.
