The Opportunity
We are seeking a Salesperson to join our Internal Sales Team. This role is critical in delivering a consistent and professional customer experience across trade and retail clients. You will support daily sales operations, process orders, prepare quotes and coordinate closely with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-store, phone and email sales support to customers
- Process orders accurately and prepare competitive quotes
- Provide product information and guidance across an extensive range of building materials
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to meet delivery timeframes
- Build strong relationships with repeat trade customers
About You
- Experience in building supplies, hardware, timber or a related trade environment highly regarded
- Strong customer service and communication capability
- Organised with high attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced setting
- Proactive, reliable and team-oriented
