Cafe Attendant

Choices Café at Beresfield Bowling Club has an opportunity for customer service focused Café Attendants to join our small team.

Are you an experienced hospitality professional with excellent customer service skills? Are you equally happy working individually and as part of a team? Do you want to work in a positive and friendly small team? If this is you then we want to hear from you today. Candidates with a current RSA and bar skills will be welcomed, but these are not essential.

About Us

Choices Café is open 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday, serving coffee and light meals. We have a small but dedicated team and thrive on providing an amazing experience for our customers every time. Our roster includes a mix of day and evening work which provides plenty of variety for our employees. We offer a free gym membership, above award conditions and pay rate.

Roles and Responsibilities

Greet and serve our customers in a polite, friendly, and welcoming manner

Food preparation and cooking

Coffee making

Accurate POS use and cash handling

Clearing and cleaning

Essential Skills

Highly effective communication

Cash, POS and EFTPOS experience

Experience in coffee and food preparation

Organized and reliable to work through a list of tasks independently

Effective time management and ability to work at a fast pace

A wide availability from Monday to Sunday, day and evening shifts
