Caretaker

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Caretaker to support the day-to-day upkeep and presentation of our high-end resort properties in Noosa. This is a practical role suited to someone proactive, trustworthy, and proud of maintaining premium standards.

This position will initially be casual, with the potential to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate. Weekend availability is essential.

Hours:

5.00am – 11.00am/12.00pm, 4-5 days per week

Work is across several properties in Noosa (own transport required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily checks of common areas, facilities, and outdoor spaces
• General upkeep of public areas to a high presentation standard
• Small maintenance jobs (light repairs, replacing bulbs, minor fixes)
• Light gardening and grounds maintenance
• Bin management, rubbish areas, and basic property upkeep
• Reporting maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
• Assisting with contractors and operational tasks when required
