About the role
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and
experienced Legal Assistant to join our busy and dynamic Workplace Law &
Culture team.
While this
role is based in our Sydney CBD office, at Bartier Perry we all have the

About the team
The Workplace Law & Culture team, services a
broad mix of employer clients including large private sector, local state and
Commonwealth government departments.
You will work alongside leading Employment
Lawyers specialising in employment; workplace relations; discrimination and
work safety law, who enjoy helping workplaces, people and business prosper.
The role offers the opportunity to work in a
friendly, fun team with a genuine commitment to flexibility.
About you
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Legal Secretary/Legal
Assistant role
- Demonstrated experience in an employment and industrial
relations practice
- A pro-active ability to maintain high quality work with exceptional attention to
detail;
- Strong client-facing and communication skills;
- Good technical and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility, adaptability and positive approach.
