About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our thriving Defendant Workers Compensation Insurance practice and collaborate with leading practitioners in the industry.

About the team
As one of the most highly regarded defendant Insurance practices in Sydney, we have an enviable list of clients, including insurers and employers, who seek legal assistance in all aspects of workers compensation, including statutory workers compensation claims and common law WID matters.
As a mid to senior-level member of the team, you will have the opportunity to run matters from start to finish, while building valuable relationships with clients and receiving hands-on mentorship from senior lawyers. You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring more junior lawyers and paralegals in the team, and participate in business development activities as required.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Approximately 3 to 8 years of post-admission experience in defendant Workers Compensation law;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow;
- A desire to become a leading working Workers Compensation Insurance practitioner; and
- An interest in learning about/understanding our clients and their business.
