About the Program
The Barenbrug Key Account Graduate Role aims to provide an extensive and engaging experience for graduates in the Australian pasture seed industry. This program will offer a well-rounded understanding of Barenbrug’s operations, allowing graduates to develop their skills and knowledge across various departments. The role primarily focuses on customer service, while also incorporating rotational assignments and additional opportunities for professional growth.
The program aims to achieve the following objectives:
- Foster a comprehensive understanding of the pasture seed industry.
- Enable upskilling in various areas of the seed industry, including Agronomy, Sales, Customer Service, Inventory/Logistics, and Research.
- Provide exposure to the industry and networking opportunities for graduates.
- Offer career growth and personal development opportunities.
About you
We are currently seeking a dedicated Agriculture graduate who possesses the following qualifications and attributes:
- Currently in their final semester or has graduated within the past three years with a degree in Agricultural business/Science.
- Strong team orientation and a genuine enjoyment of collaborating with others.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and a strong motivation to continue acquiring knowledge on the job.
- Must possess full Australian working rights.
- Demonstrates strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically in order to find innovative solutions.
