About the role:

Bardot is looking for a creative, commercially minded Copywriter to own and evolve Bardot’s tone of voice across every customer touchpoint. This role sits at the heart of our brand expression, partnering closely with Creative and Marketing to ensure our words match our visuals and speak consistently to a global audience.

Key focus:

  • Own, maintain and evolve Bardot’s tone of voice, ensuring it’s consistent across all eCommerce and digital marketing touch points.
  • Act as the copy authority – advising, reviewing and refining copy across social, EDMs, paid and broader marketing comms.
  • Build and strengthen Bardot’s brand persona through clear, confident storytelling that speaks to our customer globally.
  • Write compelling product descriptions that highlight key features/USPs, include styling cues and support conversion – with SEO best practice.
  • Create and optimise category-level copy to improve navigation, discoverability and on-site performance.
  • Develop elevated website copy that enhances the customer experience and supports commercial objectives.
  • Produce editorial-led content for blogs, content assets and campaigns, reflecting the quality and sophistication of the brand.
  • Write campaign and collection narratives (drops, lookbooks, seasonal moments) translating creative direction into sharp, engaging copy.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Product and eCommerce teams to align messaging and support monthly launches with cohesive storytelling across channels.
  • Review, edit and proof all content pre-publish to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand alignment, plus support PR/brand comms messaging as needed (press releases, key statements, media responses).

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years copywriting experience in fashion, editorial, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to write for various platforms including websites, emails, blogs, and social media.
  • Strong interest in fashion, particularly luxury fashion and a keen understanding of current trends.
  • High regard for candidate with knowledge of AP21, Asan and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Innate eye for detail and curiosity about the digital and fashion landscape.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience integrating keywords into copy.
