Description

Join our casual Care team at Banksia Lodge and work with an experienced, supportive and dynamic team.

In a Care role you will provide a high level of care and customer service to our residents, including personal care and assisting in daily living activities, while helping to deliver dignity, choice and quality of life.

Care Staff must hold a minimum qualification of Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent (or working towards). In addition, you will successfully pass an NDIS Worker Screening Check and physical assessment. A demonstrated understanding and experience of the aged care sector will be highly regarded but is not essential.
