About The Role
Are you a hands-on systems administrator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly? Beckons is looking for a technically capable and organised Systems Administrator to own the day-to-day operation, stability, security, and support of our business systems. Based in our head office in Avalon, Sydney with the option to work 2 days from home, this is a newly created role for someone who is customer focussed and solution orientated while also allowing you to have ownership of our systems environment. You’ll be the go-to person for staff across the business; someone who gets things done and communicates well.
Key responsibilities include:
- Microsoft 365 administration; users, licences, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams
- First and second-level support for staff across the business
- Security monitoring, compliance, and access management
- Vendor and MSP relationships; tickets, renewals, monthly reporting
- SharePoint/OneDrive structure, device registers, and licence tracking
- Clear change communications and end-user documentation
About You
You are technically capable, organised, and calm under pressure. You enjoy solving problems,
supporting others, and keeping systems running efficiently in a dynamic
environment.
You will ideally have:
- Solid Microsoft 365 admin experience (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- A calm head under pressure and a knack for clear communication
- Security-conscious mindset and vendor coordination experience
- Hospitality industry background; essential
