Food and Beverage Supervisor – Yulara, NT
About the Role
Longitude 131° is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the delivery of exceptional dining experiences in one of Australia’s most iconic luxury lodge settings.
In this hands-on role, you will assist in leading the Food & Beverage team, ensuring service is delivered to the highest standard while creating a warm, engaging and memorable experience for every guest.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the management of daily food and beverage operations
- Leading and motivating the team during service periods
- Delivering a high standard of guest service in dining and bar areas
- Assisting with training and development of team members
- Ensuring service standards, presentation and attention to detail are maintained
- Supporting rostering and operational requirements as needed
- Working closely with the kitchen and lodge teams to ensure seamless service
About You
You are a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a genuine focus on guest experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting and developing a team.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in food and beverage supervision, ideally in hospitality
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- A passion for guest service and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
