The Opportunity

The Production Coordinator supports end-to-end production operations by managing supplier relationships, maintaining critical timelines, and overseeing purchase order processes. Acting as a key liaison between international vendors and internal teams, this role ensures clear communication, timely updates, and smooth coordination across all stages of production.

Key responsibilities include tracking supplier progress, maintaining the critical path to meet delivery deadlines, and managing purchase orders with accuracy. The role also involves proactively identifying risks, supporting budget tracking, and ensuring alignment across product, development, and operations teams to deliver seasonal ranges on time and within budget.

You will

  • Support communication with international suppliers across all styles and categories
  • Assist in maintaining positive vendor relationships and following up on production queries
  • Help liaise with overseas manufacturers and agents across different time zones
  • Track and follow up on supplier confirmations, lead times, and production updates
  • Assist with onboarding new suppliers, including documentation and system setup
  • Support the maintenance and updating of the critical path across seasonal ranges
  • Monitor key milestones and flag any delays or risks to the wider team
  • Work closely with product and operations teams to support delivery timelines
  • Assist with raising and updating purchase orders, ensuring accuracy across systems

You are

  •  Experience in a production, buying, or fashion supply chain role (internships and graduate experience welcome).
  • Tertiary qualification in Fashion, Merchandising, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with an exceptional eye for detail — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable managing supplier correspondence professionally and independently.
  • Proficient in Google Docs and comfortable working with production management systems or Product Lifetime Management (PLM) tools.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and product, with an understanding of the garment production process.
  • A collaborative team player who brings positive energy and takes initiative.
