Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Ecommerce & CRM Assistant to join the BABYBOO Digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the website and CRM platforms, ensuring all updates are executed accurately and efficiently to deliver a seamless online shopping experience.

You will work closely with the Digital team to assist with website updates, campaign execution, and CRM activities, while also supporting the team with other marketing activities, collection launches, and promotional campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of digital ecommerce while playing a key part in supporting the brand’s online performance.

Key Responsibilities

This includes accurately tagging products with the appropriate filters and attributes, as well as uploading and managing product descriptions, imagery, and video content.

  • Website Content: Support the Digital team with uploading and updating website content in line with collection launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal sales. Assist in maintaining localisation across the website to ensure country-specific information remains accurate and up to date.

  •  Visual merchandising and search: Assist with on-site visual merchandising to support trading initiatives and ensure alignment with the brand’s merchandising strategy. Optimise on-site search functionality to improve product discoverability, minimise zero-result searches, and ensure relevant products are surfaced. Support the creation and merchandising of collections based on search insights, customer trends, and campaign activity.

  • CRM: Assist the CRM Manager in the creation, testing, and scheduling of weekly EDMs, SMS campaigns, and push notifications to ensure timely and accurate communication with customers.

  • Reporting: Support the Digital team in compiling weekly performance reports using Shopify, Klaviyo and Google Analytics to help track key ecommerce metrics.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience using content management systems, preferably Shopify and Klaviyo.

  • Experience in product and website content management is highly desirable.

  • Experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify reporting considered an advantage.

  • A passion for women’s fashion, with previous experience working for an online fashion retailer highly regarded.

  • Detailed organisational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
