The Opportunity
As the Strategy & Data Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of BABYBOO by transforming data into actionable insights and driving strategic initiatives across the business. You will work as an individual contributor, partner closely with leadership and key stakeholders to inform decision-making, improve performance, and unlock growth opportunities.
You Will
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to deliver actionable insights that support commercial and strategic decisions
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve long-term goals and maintain a competitive edge
- Build forecasting and planning models to predict trends, set targets, and support cross-functional planning
- Create clear, engaging reports and dashboards to track performance and business health
- Identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions to optimise processes and operations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to guide strategic direction
- Lead strategic initiatives including internal reporting frameworks, strategy documentation, and propositional testing
- Develop internal data structures and reporting tools to support scalable growth
You Are
- Experienced in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or commercial analytics, ideally within eCommerce or high-growth environments
- Highly analytical, commercially minded, and confident working with large datasets
- Skilled at translating complex data into simple, actionable insights
- Comfortable building dashboards, reports, and forecasting models
- Strategic in thinking but hands-on in execution
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to challenge the status quo
- Passionate about fashion, trends, and contributing to a fast-paced, high-growth brand
