About the role

Our Client Services Executives look after day-to-day Gidget House operations, clinical intake support, and administration needs. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as the first point of contact for clients, clinicians, our community, and the public.

• Supporting our clinical intake team to manage referrals; provide information regarding intake pathways.

• Maintaining accurate client records, files, and forms through our practice management software.

• Managing clinician diaries and booking appointments according to client and clinician needs.

• A wide variety of day-to-day administrative tasks as required.

About you

While no direct experience in psychology practice is required, our Client Services Executives are first and foremost clinical administration professionals. Previous healthcare administrative experience will be highly regarded.

You will have:

• Proficiency in Practice Management Software, Microsoft Office and/or MacOS equivalent programs.

• Strong computer literacy and an openness to technological change.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients on a daily basis.

• The ability to work well as part of a team.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Terms of Employment

This position is full-time (Monday- Friday), based at Gidget House North Sydney. This role will initially be contracted until 26 June 2026, aligned to Grant Funding with the option to extend, subject to ongoing funding.

• Applicable qualifications and experience
