Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Mortgage Broker with a strong background in Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) lending to join our team. Working from both our City and Narrabeen offices, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mortgage broking, deep knowledge of SMSF lending, and the drive to maintain and grow client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with our existing client base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proactive Opportunity Sourcing: Identify and pursue new opportunities within our extensive database to expand our client portfolio.
- SMSF Expertise: Provide expert advice on SMSF lending, including the structuring of loans, compliance, and the latest market trends.
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments, recommend appropriate mortgage products, and guide clients through the application process.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market conditions, lending products, and regulatory changes to offer informed advice and solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our financial advisors and support team to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Mortgage Broker with experience in SMSF lending.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of lending regulations, products, and strategies.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Client Focused: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactive: Strong drive to seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Qualifications: Relevant industry certifications and licenses.
