As our Inventory Controller, you will:

• Ensure Inventory Accuracy: Oversee inventory transactions, monitor stock levels, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Optimise Inventory Processes: Implement best practices for inventory management, streamline processes, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to coordinate inventory movements, forecast demand, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyse inventory data, identify trends, and propose solutions to optimise inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and minimise excess inventory.

What We are Looking For:

• Proven experience in inventory control or similar roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
