This role is ideal for someone who loves helping people feel confident, listened to, and supported in their skincare and beauty choices. About the Role Providing personalised skincare and beauty advice Confident colour matching and product demonstration Maintaining excellent hygiene and professional presentation Actively listening to customer needs and explaining options clearly Supporting customers across all skin types, personalities, and budgets Creating a warm, calm, and welcoming experience — even during busy periods Comfortable supporting retail sales in an ethical, patient-focused way About You Proactive, enthusiastic, and approachable Strong active listening and communication skills Confident with product demonstrations and colour matching Calm and reliable in a fast-paced environment Emotionally intelligent and supportive in customer interactions Previous beauty, pharmacy, or retail experience preferred.
