About the Role
This is a community-based Physiotherapist role working with adults living with disability, supported by telehealth where appropriate. You will deliver person-centred physiotherapy, build long-term therapeutic relationships, and contribute to a service that prioritises outcomes, safety, and integrity. You will work with a degree of autonomy while remaining well supported through clear frameworks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering safe, effective, evidence-based physiotherapy in community and telehealth settings
- Working collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and support networks
- Setting meaningful goals and measuring outcomes to support real progress
- Maintaining high-quality, compliant clinical documentation
- Practising in line with NDIS, safeguarding, and privacy requirements
- Managing a community caseload with a focus on sustainability and continuity of care
- Participating in supervision, CPD, and quality improvement activities
- Contributing positively to a respectful, values-led team culture
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is not only clinically capable but aligned with how we want to practise. You will bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- 3+ years’ clinical experience, ideally in disability, rehabilitation, or community settings
- Strong clinical reasoning and confidence working independently with appropriate escalation
- High standards of documentation, professionalism, and ethical practice
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care and meaningful outcomes
You’ll also need:
- A current Australian driver licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Ability to work across client homes, community settings, and via telehealth
- To be based in, or close to the Eastern Suburbs and the Sutherland Shire, NSW
