About Axis Rehab

We are a growing allied health provider committed to person-centred, evidence-based physiotherapy for adults living with disability. Our focus is on delivering meaningful outcomes, maintaining high clinical and compliance standards, and building a healthy, respectful workplace culture where clinicians can do their best work, sustainably.

We believe quality care starts with supported clinicians. That means clear expectations, strong governance, and a culture that values professionalism, reflection, and continuous improvement over volume.

About the Role

This is a community-based Physiotherapist role working with adults living with disability, supported by telehealth where appropriate. You will deliver person-centred physiotherapy, build long-term therapeutic relationships, and contribute to a service that prioritises outcomes, safety, and integrity. You will work with a degree of autonomy while remaining well supported through clear frameworks.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering safe, effective, evidence-based physiotherapy in community and telehealth settings
  • Working collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and support networks
  • Setting meaningful goals and measuring outcomes to support real progress
  • Maintaining high-quality, compliant clinical documentation
  • Practising in line with NDIS, safeguarding, and privacy requirements
  • Managing a community caseload with a focus on sustainability and continuity of care
  • Participating in supervision, CPD, and quality improvement activities
  • Contributing positively to a respectful, values-led team culture

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is not only clinically capable but aligned with how we want to practise. You will bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • 3+ years’ clinical experience, ideally in disability, rehabilitation, or community settings
  • Strong clinical reasoning and confidence working independently with appropriate escalation
  • High standards of documentation, professionalism, and ethical practice
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • A genuine commitment to person-centred care and meaningful outcomes

You’ll also need:

  • A current Australian driver licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Ability to work across client homes, community settings, and via telehealth
  • To be based in, or close to the Eastern Suburbs and the Sutherland Shire, NSW

Why Join Us

  • We’ll set you up properly from day one, including a work phone, laptop, and a clinical resource kit to support community-based service delivery.
  • A quality-first, compliance-strong practice environment
  • Clear expectations, structured support, and sustainable workloads
  • Protected admin time and realistic productivity expectations
  • Opportunity to contribute to service development and improvement
  • A workplace culture built on respect, trust, and accountability
  • A growing organisation where your voice and professionalism matter
