At AVIA, every home starts with an idea worth documenting well. We are looking for a Sales and Display Draftsperson who brings clarity to early-stage design, supports our designers and creates documentation that sets each project up for success.
This role gives our Design Team more space to design by taking ownership of the documentation that brings their work to life. You will prepare display drawings and document custom client designs ensuring that are accurate, organised and easy for the next team to build from.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Documenting display drawings with the upmost level of care and precision
- Documenting custom client designs prepared by our Design Team
- Preparing standard plans ready for the Masters Team
- Maintaining accuracy, consistency and alignment with AVIA design standards
- Supporting designers by taking responsibility for documentation so they can focus on design thinking
- Helping improve drafting workflows and overall efficiency across the team
What you bring
- Experience in production drafting, masters drafting or display drafting
- A drafting qualification and intermediate to advanced Revit capability
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to pick up issues early
- A proactive and solutions focused mindset
- Comfort working in a fast paced, creative and collaborative environment
