Help Document the Construction Details That Keep Every Home On Track
At AVIA, the quality of our homes comes down to the clarity of the details behind them. We are looking for a Detail Draftsperson who can collaborate with teams to document construction details that are clear, consistent and build the systems that support every team involved in delivering a home.
This role sits at the heart of how we build. You will work closely with our Technical Building Manager, Design team and construction teams documenting the construction details that guide design, estimating, production and site teams. You will help create a library of standard details, improve the way information flows across the business and help reduce errors, delays and rework.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and enhancing existing construction details into clear documented drawings
- Building and maintaining a library of standard building details for the entire business
- Working closely with design, production, estimating and construction teams to ensure all details are clear and easy to follow
- Identifying opportunities to improve build efficiency, reduce errors and support faster build times
- Helping streamline the flow of technical information across the business
What you bring
- Experience in construction detailing or a similar technical drafting role
- Deep knowledge of residential construction, with trade experience valued but not essential
- Strong Revit capability and confidence documenting complex details
- A drafting qualification
- A detailed, proactive and solutions focused mindset
