We’re looking for a Construction Supervisor who can handle the pace. Someone who’s good at scheduling, sharp on quality control and quick to solve problems. You’ll be across a high volume of projects, so being organised and steady under pressure is key.

What you’ll be doing
- Running multiple sites at once and keeping schedules tight
- Coordinating trades, suppliers and deliveries so jobs stay on track
- Keeping an eye on safety and quality every day
- Spotting issues early and sorting them out fast
- Reporting progress clearly and keeping everyone in the loop
- Working closely with Construction Manager, Building Manager and internal teams
What you bring
- Solid volume building experience, whether supervising or working on the tools
- A strong local trade base and supplier relationships
- Confidence with construction scheduling tech (Buildtrend, Evolve or similar)
- Skills in quality control and problem solving
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Clear communication and leadership skills to keep crews motivated
