We’re looking for a Building Support Coordinator who can support our construction teams and clients by keeping information clear, documentation accurate and communication running smoothly from site start to
handover.
This role sits at the centre of the build process. You’ll work closely with Site Supervisors and client teams to make sure each home progresses without unnecessary delays, confusion or missed details.

What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as the main point of contact for clients during the construction phase
- Communicating build progress, key milestones and stage claims
- Supporting Site Supervisors with administration, documentation and coordination
- Managing low‑level onsite variations in line with contracts and processes
- Keeping construction files accurate and up to date
- Preparing handover boxes and ensuring all handover documentation is complete
- Identifying issues early and escalating concerns appropriately
What You Bring
- Experience in construction support, admin or client coordination
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Clear, calm and confident communication
- Confidence working with systems and documentation
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
