An excellent opportunity is available for a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing operations team based in Wetherill Park.
This entry-level traineeship is ideal for someone looking to build a career in warehousing, logistics and branch operations. You will gain hands-on experience across all areas of the business while working towards a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations, with the opportunity to obtain a
forklift licence.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both warehouse operations and front-of-house branch activities, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on position combining warehouse responsibilities with branch and customer support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Maintaining accurate inventory control and stock organisation
- Assisting with stock counts and stock rotation
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Supporting delivery coordination and assisting drivers
- Serving customers at the trade counter with a professional approach
- Processing sales orders and handling customer enquiries (phone & email)
- Supporting the sales team with order processing and follow-ups
- Assisting with general branch presentation and organisation
- Learning to mix paint and support product-related enquiries
- Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and safely
What We’re Looking For

You will have:
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to support both warehouse and branch functions
- Basic IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
- A current NSW Driver’s Licence with a clean record
- Awareness of WH&S practices
- An interest in the automotive industry
Desirable (but not essential)
- Forklift licence
- First Aid Certificate
- Previous warehouse, retail or customer service experience
