We are currently searching for a Warehouse Support & Operations Coordinator to join our Queensland team, based in Morningside. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you help maintain the branch, provide excellent warehouse support and ensure the branch is secure and operational.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Support (Primary focus)

  • Oversee and assist in daily warehouse operations, including opening and closing the branch.
  • Ensure the warehouse and site are secure, organised, and maintained to company standards.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor stock movement and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and delivery partners.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and operational branch and warehouse environment.

Administration & Sales Support

  • Provide basic customer service support, including greeting visitors and handling general enquiries.
  • Assist with order processing and respond to customer enquiries as required.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining records
  • Support the team with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred; exposure to customer service or sales support is an advantage.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to take initiative and see tasks through to completion.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Interest or experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
