We are looking for a Technical Services Support / Electronics Technician to join our team based in Prospect NSW in a full-time capacity. Reporting directly to the Technical Services Manager, you will play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, conducting diagnostics and testing, maintaining and repairing electronic equipment and systems, providing technical assistance to internal teams and customers, and ensuring all products and services meet quality and safety standards.

Key Deliverables:

• Provide technical support via phone or email to both auto electricians and end users for a range of aftermarket vehicle electronic products.
• Repair aftermarket vehicle electronics at component level in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct thorough testing of newly received products using benchtop test equipment and complete quality control reports.
• Interpret and respond to spare part enquiries from customers and the sales team.
• Install electronic products in vehicles for testing and diagnostics purposes.
• Perform road testing of electronic products where required.
• Create and update return authorisation forms using ERP software.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair electronic equipment at component level using circuit diagrams, soldering equipment, and other benchtop service tools.
• Ability to assemble and install electronic equipment using soldering and crimping tools.
• Experience with automotive electronic products such as car stereos, CB radios, dash cameras, and related accessories.
• Experience using ERP software.
• Strong customer service and technical support experience.
• Current and valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications:

• Electronics qualification or training (required)
• Auto electrical qualification or training (preferred)
