What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating therapy services and programs across Queensland
- Supporting quality, compliance and evidence informed practice
- Helping grow, lead, and mentor a skilled therapy team
- Improving service processes and resources
- Building strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Reporting on service delivery, data and budgets
What we’re looking for:
- Qualification in Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Psychology
- Registration or membership with the relevant professional body
- Experience in disability or special education, with leadership or coordination experience
You’ll need (or be willing to get):
- NDIS Worker Screening & Blue Card (or exemption).
- First Aid & CPR certification.
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Driver’s licence or ability to travel (some overnight travel may occur).
