What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating therapy services and programs across Queensland
  • Supporting quality, compliance and evidence informed practice
  • Helping grow, lead, and mentor a skilled therapy team
  • Improving service processes and resources
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Reporting on service delivery, data and budgets

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualification in Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Psychology
  • Registration or membership with the relevant professional body
  • Experience in disability or special education, with leadership or coordination experience

You’ll need (or be willing to get):

  • NDIS Worker Screening & Blue Card (or exemption).
  • First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
  • Driver’s licence or ability to travel (some overnight travel may occur).
