We’re looking for someone organised, helpful and values driven to join our Inclusion Team as our new Administration Officer.

As a go to person for admin support across the Inclusion Team, your day could include scheduling services, updating data, helping with travel bookings, preparing documents, and supporting the team with whatever they need to do their best work. This role has a bit of everything, you’ll be:

  • Booking in services and making sure the schedule works for both our customers and staff
  • Handling invoices, payments and purchase orders
  • Keeping our database tidy and up to date
  • Helping out with reception tasks, travel bookings and general admin
  • Working with the team to make our processes simpler and better
  • Putting together reports, forms and documents
  • Helping plan team days and events
  • Managing brochures, mail-outs and small website updates
  • Ordering stationery, supplies and resources when we need them

We are looking for someone with a certificate II in Business (or higher/equivalent) and experience in the admin space.
